Introduction
Emirates airline is recognized as the 4th largest airline all over the world. it is Dubai, UAE based airline. It operates with a mixed fleet of aircrafts with its pride in Airbus A380 which is a double decker aircraft. Emirates Airline took birth in March 1985 with the help of Emirates, who provided trainings to Emirates cabin crew. In flight Services
First Class
A fully bounded suite with a ceiling to floor door and a private suite with doors that close but do not rise up to the ceiling, are there are two types of first class seating offered to the air passengers of First class. Both suites come complete with closing doors to ensure privacy, a mini-bar, a coat rack and storage. It also includes the feature of ICE system on a 23-inch LCD screen in the private suites and a 32-inch-wide (81 cm) on the fully enclosed suite. The seat converts into a 2-metre-long (79 in) fully flat bed. Private suites are available on 3-class Airbus A380-800, all Boeing 777-200LR and 3-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The fully enclosed suites are available on its newly delivered Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Business Class
Business class has feature seats with a 1.5-metre-long (60 in) arena which reclines up to 2-metre-long (79 in), slanting lie-flat beds. Conveniences such as massage therapy function, privacy segmentation, winged headrest with six-way movement, two individual reading lights and an overhead light per seat, in-seat power supply, USB Ports and an RCA socket for laptop connection, over 600 channels of entertainment on ICE, shown on a 17 in-wide (43 cm) TV screen.
Economy class
Emirates Economy class is the most considerable class by the air passengers which offers a 79–81-centimetre-long (31–32 in) seat pitch on Airbus aircraft and 86 cm (34 in) on Boeing aircraft and standard seat width (except on the Boeing 777 fleet). The seat features adjustable headrests, a 3000 channel ICE In-Flight-Entertainment and in-seat laptop power-outlets on newer aircraft and laptop recharging facilities in galleys.
On-board meals
Meals are included at all flights and vary from ticket type. Special food where passengers give preference due to health, religion age are also catered. Emirates Fight Catering provides fresh food and refreshments and takes proper quality and hygiene control while preparing and packing meals.
In-flight entertainment system
Emirates became one of the first group of airlines in the world to introduce a personal entertainment system on a commercial aircraft in 1992, shortly after Virgin Atlantic introduced a similar system throughout the cabins of its aircraft in 1991.All three classes feature a personal in-flight entertainment (IFE) system on Emirates aircraft. There are two types of entertainment system on Emirates: ICE and ICE Digital Widescreen.
Online booking and Advance booking
Emirates offer online facility for the air passengers to select their traveling tour while sitting at homes. Also emirate online enables its passenger to reschedule and/ or cancel their booking anytime they want to but 1 day before the travel.
Baggage
Weight of the baggage is totally dependent upon the ticket type and the destination. Air passenger can take as many bags as desired as long as the total weight doesn’t exceed from maximum limit of the ticket type. Also each bag should not weigh more than 32kg. Emirates also give it air passengers an option to buy excess baggage allowance at fair rates so that air passengers may travel with maximum satisfaction.

Ground services
Lounges
First and business class passengers and Skywards Platinum and Gold members have access to 33 Emirates lounges in 32 cities. Skywards Silver members can use the lounges at Dubai Airport only. At airports in which Emirates do not operate a departure lounge, a third-party departure lounge is usually provided for First and Business class passengers and Skywards Platinum and Gold members.
Chauffeur-drive
Complimentary chauffeur driven airport transfers are available to Business and First Class passengers in over 60 cities. The type of vehicle varies depending on the location and service provider that the airline has signed a contract with in that area.
Meet and greet service
This service is to welcome the air passengers in the most comfortable way where they are greeted and welcomed whole heartedly and escorted till the exit of the airport. Their baggage is handled and a chauffeur driven luxury car is also provided is the facility is availed.
Frequent-flyer program
Emirates Skywards has partners across airlines, banks, hotels, car rentals and retail/lifestyle verticals. In the year 2000, Emirates Skywards the frequent-flyer program of Emirates was launched. This program included over 16 million members. It also practices two separate points systems – Skywards Miles as the currency that can be redeemed for benefits, and Tier Miles as the metric that determines a member’s tier status. Emirates allow its members to use their Skywards Miles by participating at Dubai Duty Free outlets when they travel via Dubai airport. Members may redeem their Skywards Miles for duty-free products at Dubai International airport and Al Maktoum International at Dubai South.
