Turkish Airlines Will Fly Directly to Vietnam’s Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

Turkish Airline, the widest network of international flights with 315 destinations in 126 countries is boosting its connections by starting direct flights to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. On 11 September, 2019 the flight operations started and operated on these routes: Istanbul (IST) – Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) and Istanbul (IST) – Hanoi (HAN).

The decision was taken to operate direct flights to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to facilitate the passengers traveling to these cities. The flag carrier will operate six days a week to both of two cities and will increase to seven flight operations in a week to Hanoi in April 2020.

Ho Chi Minh City is situated in the Southern Vietnam can be said to be the financial capital of the country with a great number of tourists and boosting large population, surrounded by Saigon River. In 2010, Turkish Airline operated the flights to this city in the month of December.  Ho Chi Minh City is one of the most famed tourist destinations, incorporating amazing skyscrapers and historical temples. 

On June 2016, Turkish Airline started its flight operations to Hanoi. It is one of the oldest capitals in the world and an exceptional place to visit. You can find various historical architecture, cultural attractions and the most famous HaLong Bay that is also a part of UNESCO World Heritage sites.
